Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your SOC Fitness membership. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please review the following policy carefully:

How to Cancel Your Membership

  • Members must send an email to socfitness@gmail.com at least two weeks before their next payment date to avoid being charged for the following membership cycle.

  • Your cancellation request should include your full name, email address, and membership details to help us process it quickly.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

Final Payment Policy

  • If a cancellation request is submitted within the two-week window leading up to the next billing cycle, you will be charged one final time before your membership is officially canceled.

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of the last paid period, ensuring you still have access to all facilities and benefits.

No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for partial membership cycles or unused days within a billing period.

  • Once the final charge has been processed, your membership will remain active until the end of that cycle.
